Guardia Sanframondi, caratteristico borgo medievale che domina l’intera Valle Telesina, è quasi esclusivamente collinare per cui offre un ottimo clima e suggestivi panorami ed è dominato da vaste distese di vigneti e oliveti. Sorta intorno al Castello Medievale che fu dei Sanframondo, è stata più volte trasformata nei secoli che seguirono.

Il territorio guardiese è ricco di chiese e musei che ospitano, tra l’altro, importanti opere del De Matteis.

Large vineyards and olive groves dominate Guardia Sanframondi, a traditional medieval village, mostly hilly, overlooking the Telesina Valley. Here, the weather is beautiful and the landscapes breathtaking.

This town, built around a medieval castle, property of the Sanframondo Family, has changed a lot over the centuries.

The whole area is rich in churches and museums, which house important works of art, like those of De Matteis.
